CORE VALUES
Core values, simply put, are our beliefs that dictate behavior, which in turn determines our culture.
LOVE
I will pursue love with all people. Even when others aren’t walking in love, I will pioneer love in every situation. I will carry the same spirit of love that led Jesus to the cross. In like manner, I will lay down my life for others.
FAITH
I will maintain an attitude that God is well-able to meet all needs in every area of life. I will respond to every situation in faith, knowing that Jesus has paid the price and it is no problem for God.
EXCELLENCE
I will do the best I can in every situation, constantly breaking the barrier of mediocrity-keeping my heart motives pure and character aimed at the highest level of holiness.
UNITY
I will diligently work to help keep peace and unity with all people I co-labor with in the Kingdom of God.
HOSPITALITY
I will make any effort necessary to walk with a heart of hospitality to all who come in our doors. I will give them a warm welcome into our church and into my life.
HONOR
I will honor all men and honor the presence of the Lord. I will show honor in my words and actions to those in authority over me, and to those I have authority over.

STATEMENT OF FAITH
Jesus
We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, of His shed blood on Calvary for the forgiveness of our sins, and of His bodily resurrection and ascension to the Father’s right hand. We believe He is the only way to forgiveness and right standing with God through faith in His finished work. (1 Corinthians 1: 30-31, 1 Peter 1:19, Matthew 1:23, 3:17, John 1:14, 14:6, Mark 16:6, 16:9)
Water Baptism
We believe in water baptism as outlined in the Bible. We believe water baptism is a picture of what Jesus did upon His death, burial and resurrection. We believe that all Christians should follow the example set forth in scripture and be water baptized as a way to identify with the new life they have in Christ. (Romans 6:1-10)
Baptism of the Holy Spirit
We believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit, expressed with speaking in tongues. (Acts 1:8, 2:4, 9:4, 9:17, 10:44-46, and 11:15-16) We believe this experience is distinct from, and subsequent to the new birth and can be received by faith as a gift. (Galatians 3:2, Luke 11:13)
