After completing Growth Track 101 and 201, as well as joined one of the above listed serve teams, you are now ready for Growth Track 301 class. Growth Track 301 is a class that meets weekly for a 12-14 week period. This class will build your confidence and activate you to go out and begin evangelizing and discipling in your areas of influence.
We ALL carry the responsibility, in our areas of influence, to bring the ministry of reconciliation (the gospel) to the world. 2 Corinthians 5:18 “Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation.”

After completing Growth Track 101, 201, joined a serve team, and completed Growth Track 301, you can be considered for the following OCI area of ministries:
-Children's Ministry
-Youth Ministry
-Embrace Grace/Embrace Life
-Sunday Morning Worship Team
